Reveal/unreveal from the Dashboard's Handouts card β players see new handouts within ~4 seconds, auto-opened. Spotlight re-pushes an already-revealed handout to everyone. Paste-to-reveal: copy any image and press Ctrl+V anywhere on the Dashboard β it uploads and reveals in one stroke.
Scene sets the date/location header on player screens. Mood sets a backdrop image (upload as Scene photo) and looping ambience (upload as Audio), with a B&W toggle. Players in π theater mode see the backdrop full-bleed with a huge location title.
Links and dated announcements notify players with a gold dot. Table Notes are standing reference (forever orders, house rules) β no notification. Write [[H4]] in any note, announcement, or transcript and players get a tap-through link to that handout (codes come from Auto-label). Calendar events power the countdown banner.
Upload a document as type Reference and players can read it anytime from their Bulletin or help modal β combat cheat sheets live here.
Add name, one-liner, and a portrait from the Library; hit Introduce when the party meets them. Players build a People gallery; clicking a portrait shows it full-size.
The lite initiative tracker: open the combat table from the Dashboard, Start, add combatant names, and Next runs the turns β players see the round and current turn as a banner on every tab. HP nudges and DEX sorting included if you want them.
Feed the Craig .vtt (or Write manually). Generated recaps include the player sections plus your GM-only production kit: five title options, a 60β90s read-aloud cold open, and a listing description. Review, edit, then Publish.
WRAP mode's ledger of every recorded session: automatic checks for Craig audio, Craig VTT, each player's local, and the post-show pair (tick no post show and those strike through as satisfied), plus manual boxes for VTT cleaned, recap posted, and calendar updated β β clear when a session owes nothing. Edited/Released checkboxes feed the bank line: recorded Β· edited Β· released, and how many episodes stand between you and dead air.
In the Mood card: set backdrop, ambience, music and B&W the usual way, then β Save current as scene ("Dining car, night"). One click on a scene chip re-stages all of it; the individual dropdowns still work alone. Same name overwrites, so refining a scene is just saving it again.
The Health card answers "is everything saved?" at a glance: when the database was last backed up and where, whether main recording storage is reachable, what the fallback is holding for the Night Porter, library counts, and vestibule's free disk. GLOOM backs itself up nightly β a verified SQLite copy plus a mirror of every uploaded handout file β to main storage (or the fallback when sepulcher sleeps), keeping the last 30. "Back up now" forces one, worth pressing before big Library surgery.
Sitting in the Recaps card. Pick a Craig VTT you've already uploaded (or attach one) and it strips the per-word timing markup Craig buries in every line β typically about 80% of the file β then merges each speaker's run into paragraphs with time marks. Copy or download the result; it's small enough to hand to an assistant for recap drafting without getting truncated.
Set the open session name and players upload from their Recordings tab β files are auto-named and land on your storage. Clear the field to close uploads. The Library's tag rail shows every tag with counts β click to filter (β finds untagged docs), click a tag on any card, or search by name/tag/code. β Select turns on bulk mode: click cards, then add/remove tags or retype the lot at once. Player filter chips are built from tags on revealed docs, so tags are the player-facing shelf labels β worth spending. The Tome registry (Books card) holds each book's study grid and payoff: set per-player states, write what studying grants (text, spells, Mythos, SAN), and tick "players may read the full book" only when appropriate β otherwise players get just the passages you've revealed (link an excerpt to its book via the Library Edit modal... or the manifest's parent field). π On Deck: pin unrevealed handouts and they stack in a strip at the top of the Handouts card with one-click Reveal / Veiled / toβ¦ β pins drop off as they fire. Veiled reveals: π― Veiled reveals a handout fully obscured; the π― button on a revealed row steps the veil (3 β clear, wraps) and players watch it resolve live over a slow dissolve β narrate while it clears. Private reveals: the "toβ¦" dropdown reveals to one investigator only (matched to the name they use for recordings); a π€« badge marks it on your row. Spotlight is still table-wide, so don't spotlight secrets. The Board card puts minis on any Library image: Set a diagram, add a mini per investigator (name it after the player so they can move their own), drag freely, right-click removes. Players get a Board tab automatically. Keeper upload files a track from the dashboard yourself β your own Craig download, or a file a player handed you β named and stored identically to player uploads (set the session, whose it is, and optionally the recorded date). The Session audit grid answers "is everything in?" across the five pieces a complete session needs β main local, main Craig, post-show local, post-show Craig, and the Craig VTT. Tick which ones you actually collect (unticked ones aren't nagged about), then Audit for a β/β per person per piece; Deep audit adds ffprobe durations. Files are classified by an explicit tag on new uploads and by name on older ones β GH/Gatehouse reads as post-show, "craig" as a Craig stem. Unmatched uploads get flagged so nothing hides. It: save your expected uploaders once, hit Audit for a β/β per person (Deep audit also ffprobes each track and shows its duration β proof the audio decodes), and one click posts a pinned reminder naming whoever's missing. The Pickups card tracks re-record requests: post the line, who owes it, and which session it splices into; players upload against the request, the pill turns green, and you mark it Spliced when it's in the edit. Files live in their own pickups/ folder and ride the same fallback + Night Porter plumbing as session audio. Where the files live (Recordings card) shows the physical folder behind every session β which drive each one sits on, how many files, and a Copy button per session. Save the Windows share path once (e.g. \\sepulcher\gloom) and the copied paths paste straight into Explorer, so you can eyeball the files or drag recordings in from Downloads yourself; name hand-dropped files like Session-6_Libby_main-local.wav so the audit and Production Office can read them, or let Keeper upload do the naming. Handouts filters: the Handouts card now keeps its hands in its pockets β row controls surface on hover, and the rail above the list filters by revealed state, type, tag, or text, with live counts. Filters and the sort menu stack.
Split breaks a handout pack apart (bookmarks or visual detection; shift-click to fix). β crops a page region into its own handout. Edit renames, retypes, retags, and sets the italic plain-text shown under a handout.
One persistent link per campaign β Customize for a memorable slug, Rotate to invalidate, π Preview to see the live player view without a second window. Feedback from players lands under the nav's Feedback badge.
